We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead to join our team at Quest Global. As a Project Lead for Technical Publications in the Oil and Gas industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the development and delivery of Technical Procedures and Manuals.


Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Procedure writers and editors to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of Maintenance and Operational Manuals used for performing operations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to gather information and understand project requirements.

- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.

- Review and edit technical documentation for clarity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of Procedures and documentations.

- Provide guidance and support to team members, including training and mentoring.

- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technical writing and publications.

Work Experience

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Technical Writing, Engineering, or related discipline).

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.

- Strong knowledge of technical writing principles and practices.

- Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software for technical publications. 

- Procedures Professional Association (PPA Standard) certification is an added advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
