ProCare Contract Specialist - S.Europe

As our future ProCare Contract Specialist - S.Europe, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing the ProCare service contract business across the Southern Europe region. You will support and drive in-country process for service contract renewals, warranty expirations, additional coverage, and generating contract revenue. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, ProCare Customer Experience, Marketing and Finance to drive profitable growth, ensure service delivery and customer satisfaction, and align local operations with global best practices.

This individual contributor role requires sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to work independently, applying both analytical skills and customer-centric thinking.

Your role :

Support selling ProCare contracts to new and existing customers to achieve the year budget on contracts

Proactively seek out opportunities in coordination with the Sales and ProCare teams.

Ensure timely renewal of contracts.

Manage existing installed base to improve the contract coverage

Prepare and present sales proposals in partnership with Sales Team

Coordinate with the ProCare Customer Experience team to ensure accurate billing.

Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.

Provide training and support to internal and external customers on ProCare services offering

Attend customer meetings independently or jointly with sales, as needed, to provide expert understanding of products and services provided

Work in partnership with local Finance and Tenders team on pricing for financed deals (Flex, Rentals, Consignment) and Public Tenders.

Your profile

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a pricing, contracts, sales operations, commercial analytics, or business development role — preferably in the medical device, healthcare, or B2B services industry.

Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

Proficiency in at least one CRM or ERP system (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle).

Professional Experience and success working with people from multiple cultures and backgrounds

Fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is required.

Proficiency in Spanish is a plus for regional collaboration.

Travel Percentage: 30%
