Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a skilled Probate Paralegal to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with attorneys on estate planning and probate matters. This role is 100% on-site in our client's Snellville office.

Duties:

Draft and file probate petitions, letters of administration, and related court documentsPrepare estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and powers of attorneyCommunicate with courts, clients, and third parties regarding probate proceedingsMaintain accurate case files using MyCase, Dropbox, and LEAP software Track deadlines, hearings, and filing requirements to ensure complianceAssist attorneys with case preparation and document reviewProvide professional and empathetic client support throughout the probate process

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a probate paralegal Familiarity with Georgia probate laws and proceduresProficiency in MyCase, Dropbox, and LEAP (or similar case management software)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple cases independentlyAbility to work on-site in our client's Snellville office
