Description PORTLAND FULL-SERVICE LAW FIRM is seeking a Paralegal to join their Probate practice. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. This is a great opportunity for a legal assistant familiar with the probate or litigation process to step into a paralegal role. Responsibilities include: + Support attorneys and clients with probate, estate planning, trust administration, and guardianships. + Draft pleadings, letters, memos, and generate spreadsheets. + Calendaring and scheduling. + E-filing. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision (100% premiums paid by employer); transportation reimbursement; life insurance; participation in the company's 401(k) plan with 7% profit-share; 16 days of paid time off and paid holidays.
