Pro Shop Front Desk

Verdana Village Master Association is excited to announce the exceptional career opportunity of Pro Shop Front Desk. This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of all resident and guests participating on both indoor and outdoor courts, along with the main pool when No Pool Monitor is on duty.  This position is also to maintain the integrity of the rules and regulations outlined in the HOA rules and regulations document.  This person must have diplomatic and non-confrontational problem-solving skills.  This position requires basic computer skills; familiarity with racquet sports and online court reservation system knowledge are a plus.


Key Responsibilities of the Pro Shop Front Desk Attendant:
-Greet residents, help with HOA policies and reservations for courts
-Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures.
-Promotes activities and special events the facilities.
-Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area.
-Answers guest questions and provides directions.
-Administrative responsibilities in support of the General Manager and Sports Director.
-Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency.
-Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties.
-Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location.
-Regular and reliable attendance
-Performs other duties as required.
-Court Moitor responsibilities 


Minimum Qualifications for the Front Desk Agent:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
