Job Description:
Coordinates routine projects that support departmental or functional initiatives, including providing calendar support to one or more leaders and/or teams. Plays a key role in managing and resolving HR-related escalations by serving as a primary point of contact for sensitive or complex departmental inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses or escalation to HR leadership.
Supports meetings, training sessions, seminars, and departmental activities, with a focus on fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment. Assists in onboarding new partners, ensuring a smooth transition and adherence to HR policies and procedures.
Performs a variety of administrative tasks and projects such as tracking budgets, coding invoices, monitoring travel expenses, generating reports, identifying variances, and maintaining updated databases. Demonstrates discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and employee concerns.
Qualifications:
1 to 2 years of experience in administrative support or HR coordination
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive situations with discretion

Daily Responsibilities:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
