PRN Physical Therapy Assistant

Description:Job Summary:

Join a dynamic rehab team where your skills make a real impact! As a PTA, you’ll work side-by-side with licensed Physical Therapists to help patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence—all while keeping the energy high and the care top-notch.

What You Will Do:Support patient recovery by delivering hands-on therapy and exercises prescribed by the Physical Therapist.Track progress with clear, timely documentation and standardized assessments.Educate and empower patients and families with home exercise plans and care tips.Collaborate and communicate with your team during care planning, discharge prep, and team huddles.Stay sharp by participating in performance improvement initiatives, accreditation readiness, and ongoing training.Keep it moving—literally! Help maintain equipment and report any issues.What You Will Need:Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.License: Active PTA license in the State of Indiana.Experience: 1–2 years in a clinical setting preferred (but we love fast learners too!)
