What you’ll do: 

Reporting to the Nurse Manager of the department and working under general supervision delivers comprehensive, high quality, assessments of care based upon knowledge and experience, the nursing process and leadership skills.  Assumes the task of completing each IRF-PAI / MDS form completely, accurately and in a timely manner. Follows the guidelines of the established nursing standards as well as the hospital policies and procedures. Works with management and staff to abstract and influence an accurate and comprehensive review of the rehabilitative care provided.

What you’ll need for this job: 

Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Illinois

Bachelor’s Degree required; candidates with an Associate’s Degree may be considered if they are currently enrolled in an BSN program, or will enroll within six (6) months of hire, and will complete within two (2) years

One (1) year of prior clinical experience in a management role is highly desirable

Current CPR certification

Pay Range: $32.25 - 54.35 per hour 

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
