Position Summary:
We’re looking for a compassionate, relationship-driven Healthcare Navigator to connect patients with the care they need—when they need it most. In this key role, you’ll coordinate appointments, assist with billing inquiries, and provide seamless support throughout the healthcare journey. You'll serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and support teams to remove barriers, foster trust, and create exceptional patient experiences.
With an outgoing personality and strong communication skills, you’ll also represent the program at community events, helping expand awareness and enroll new patients. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and believe in the power of personalized service, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to navigate complex systems, interpret billing info, and use scheduling software
Calm, professional demeanor under pressure; strong problem-solving skills
Comfortable working with diverse populations
Skilled in Excel and/or data tracking/reporting tools
Professional presence and strong customer service orientation
Preferred:
Background in healthcare, sales, hospitality, or customer service
Proven success in relationship building and problem-solving
