Salary: $30 / Hour The Residential Support Professional will provide direct care and support to individuals residing in group homes operated by Loudoun County MHSADS. This role is part of a PRN float pool, offering flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including individuals with developmental disabilities and those in recovery from substance use disorders. The Residential Support Professional will work alongside county-employed staff to ensure a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment.
