Scope of Responsibilities: Works with facility management to develop and implement programs to provide necessary service to our customers. Assists in the medication pass audits. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals.
Job Summary: Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers
Responsibilities Assess the needs of our customers, current and future.Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. med pass audits, training, in-services) Travel to customer locations as needed.Insure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees at all timesProvide communication, written and verbal, to Facility Management about service concerns and issues at the various customer locations. Maintain consistent follow through on all reported customer concerns and report to management.Provide various customer service programs as requested (i.e. med pass audits, training, in-services)Assist in the implementation of all corporate pharmacy marketing, advertising and promotional programs are fully executed and implementedMaintains an awareness of developments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Services fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practiceMaintains confidentiality regarding all patient informationFacilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel.Assist in the training and development of all pharmacy department personnel, including use of the Kinney Pharmacy Clerk and Technician Training ProgramResponsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsEducation:
Minimum: LPN, RN preferred
Required (Vermont Employees):
Registered with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician
Job Requirements:
Posses and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice NursingAbility to stand/walk throughout majority of shift
Job Skills Required:
Strong customer service and communication skillsStrong Organizational skillsBasic keyboarding skills
Compensation:
$45.40 - $50.20 an hour
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
