We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Solution Specialist (f/m/d) at Siemens AG. In addition to PAM responsibilities, this role will also involve operations tasks for Windows server systems. How you’ll make an impact In your new role you will engineer, implement, monitor, and operate our Privileged Access Management services to ensure secure access to critical systems You will develop alternative concepts and scenarios and you will integrate PAM services seamlessly into the operational environment To independently handle operating system and PAM application problems, proactively researching known errors and effectively resolving them will be also part of your tasks You will operate and administer server landscape technologies, including Windows, VMware, AWS, and Azure, ensuring their smooth functioning Secure and monitor normal operations, including regular 24-hour on-call duty for Windows server systems, to promptly address any issues that may arise, are also your responsibilities Your success is grounded inEducationA Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, software engineering or business informatics or business economics Experience & Skills3-5 years of relevant professional working experience You have experiences as a PAM Engineer, with a strong understanding of Identity & Access Management principles and best practices You possess a proven expertise in troubleshooting Windows server issues, enabling quick resolution of technical problems Familiarity with server landscape technologies, particularly Windows, to effectively manage and optimize the server environment is part of your profile You are able to be regularly available for on-call duty and meet SLA requirements, ensuring uninterrupted operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective technical advice and support to stakeholders, characterize you Relevant certifications in PAM or related areas will be an advantage, demonstrating a commitment to professional growth and expertise The knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is a plus, as we continue to expand our cloud infrastructure Experience implementing PAM controls and integrations for DevOps platforms such as GitHub and GitLab; familiarity with Ansible for credential management is a strong plusLanguagesYou are proficient in English, both written and verbal, to facilitate clear and concise communication within a global team Join us in this dynamic role where you will play a vital part in ensuring secure access to our systems and contribute to the overall success of our organization.
