Private Wealth Specialist: Twickenham Advisors is looking for a candidate who is highly organized, is detail oriented, has a passion for serving others, and has the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You have two or more years of experience in financial services, and have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate, build relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to providing service to our clients. You are a team player who can easily collaborate with partners and colleagues to achieve a common goal. We ask that you have strong ethical standards and a high level of confidentiality. What You'll Do
Primary responsibility: Facilitate client needs through their operational lifecycle Create and maintain clients' financial accounts Execute money movements and securities transfers Monitor the status of service requests and account documentation Manage recordkeeping of client correspondence, approvals, and files Use group's different applications (Outlook, Concur, Salesforce, Box, and Custodial Systems) to update and maintain client related workflows Assist clients with gifting services Respond to routine inquiries from clients Provide support and service to onboard new clients Help with the preparation of documents for client meetings Attend compliance and continuing education training sessions as needed by regulatory agencies and our practice Prepare for and attend team meetings, team scheduled events, and special occasions Work directly with advisors and clients on administrative tasksWhat You'll Bring
Ability to move money, open, and update accounts on the Wealthscape (Required) Strong interpersonal skills to maintain relationships with clients and personnel Ability to organize workflow in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Able to work independently and is also comfortable with close teamwork 2 or more years financial services experience Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) knowledge required Series 7 license preferred Experience in DST Vision and the Charles Schwab platform is a plusWhat We Offer
