As a Private Wealth Registered Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role as a trusted resource for our clients and wealth managers. Your primary responsibilities will include day-to-day support to enhance the effectiveness of wealth managers, utilizing your administrative and operational skills to facilitate business growth while ensuring exceptional client service.
In this position, you will attend to client inquires, process transactions, assist with client onboarding procedures, and maintain accurate documentation, all while upholding client confidentiality. Building and nurturing strong client relationships will be essential to your success in the role.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
Proactively address and resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the wealth manager as necessary.Develop and nurture positive relationships with high-net-worth clients, wealth managers, and wealth management team members.Oversee the execution of daily transactions.Assist with client onboarding processes, including but not limited to the establishment of new accounts.Uphold compliance standards by obtaining and maintaining the requisite account documentation.Monitor pending transactions to ensure their prompt and complete resolution.Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials
FINRA Series 7 & 66 or 63/65 licenses RequiredBachelor’s Degree and equivalent job-related experience (i.e. prior brokerage or RIA experience) RequiredStrong verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail, combined with a strong emphasis on client-focused approachesBackground in private wealth management industry is advantageousHours & Work Schedule

Pay Transparency
The salary range for this position is $32 - $46 per hour plus an opportunity to earn discretionary incentives. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
