As a Private Wealth Management - Transitions Operations Specialist at Citizens Private Wealth, you will be a crucial part in the onboarding of newly recruited Wealth Advisory teams. The individual manages the detailed end to end transition of the new colleagues and their books of business, operating with both speed and attention to detail. The Transitions Operations Specialist understands the overall process, as well as the individual steps, and can problem solve to address unique needs of a particular team. This role provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, anticipate client needs, and contribute to the success of the team.
Primary responsibilities include
Collaborate with Transition Manager to define plan to onboard experienced Wealth Manager teamsShepherds the end-to-end onboarding process for newly acquired clients (Account Opening & Transfers)Works to organize technology, systems, and tools prior to day one onboardingAct as a resource on firm policies and proceduresMaintain/manage organized data on workflow submissions and cases with a high level of confidentialityServe as a liaison for the wealth manager teams and the various business units within the firmRespond to daily inquiries and ad hoc requests for clients and ensure timely solutions and deliverablesQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
FINRA Series 7 and 66, strongly preferred or interest in obtainingKnowledge of federal (FINRA) and state (Insurance) License requirements, preferredRequired minimum 2+ years in Wealth Management/Brokerage Operations (such as RIA, onboarding/transitions of assets, trade desk), wealth sales support or middle office experienceAn understanding of Wealth operational processes, policies, and proceduresSolid organizational skillsStrong communication and presentation experienceExcellent client service skills – Professional and PolishedAbility to effectively collaborate with multiple internal teams/multi-task prioritiesAbility to travel domestically, up to 75%, and for extended periods of time is required (likely to CA, FL, BOS, NY)Proven ability to be a self-starter and work independently in a high-pressure environmentWorks well in a fast-paced environment and can proactively recognize and anticipate client needsDemonstrate proactive follow-up and follow through on a task from start to finishHours & Work Schedule

The salary range for this position is $33.65 - $46.15 per hour with the opportunity to earn an annualized discretionary bonus. Potential to earn a total compensation up to 100k inclusive of overtime. Some travel and weekend work is required. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, relevant skills and experience.
