As the Private Wealth Registered Client Associate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service and support within the wealth management space. You will work closely with Wealth Managers and Client Relationship Managers on the team to ensure a seamless client experience and provide administrative and operational support to meet client needs effectively.

Primary responsibilities include

Serve as a main point of contact for clients, proactively addressing and resolving client inquiries in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to the wealth manager as necessaryDevelop and nurture positive relationships with high-net-worth clients, wealth managers, and wealth management team membersCoordinate client meetingsProcess and monitor client transactions; assist with onboarding and account openingsCollaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Operations, and Finance to resolve client issuesConduct periodic reviews of client accounts ensuring prompt and complete resolution

Qualifications, Education, Certifications, and/or Other Professional Credentials

Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar, requiredPrevious client service and administrative experience within Wealth Management, strongly preferredMinimum 3+ years of relevant financial Industry experience (i.e., prior brokerage or RIA) requiredDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management skillsExceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbalProven track record of providing high-quality, professional client service with a polished and approachable demeanorThrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and proactively anticipates and responds to client needsFINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses strongly preferred; candidates without these certifications are encouraged to apply if interested in pursuing and meet the minimum qualifications
