Kforce's client, a highly successful Private Equity company located in Wilmington, MA, is in search of a Private Equity Accountant. This a boutique firm with very little turnover, that offers strong compensation and benefits. This is a fully on-site job. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Private Equity Accountant will be preparing and maintaining quarterly and annual financial statements and reports * Prepares quarterly journal entries in conjunction with the quarterly Fund financial reporting process * Prepare IRR calculations * Prepares bank reconciliations * Interacts directly with Fund auditors to handle open items on assigned group of Funds * Assists Asset Managers in resolving audit issues that arise * Performs ad hoc requests and projects as assigned
