Royal Caribbean Group’s Shipboard Talent Acquisition Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Private Destination Recruiting Coordinator reporting to the Director, Shipboard Recruiting.
This position will reside in our Nassau Bahamas recruitment office.
Position Summary:
This position works with our on the ground recruitment team in Nassau, along with Recruiters and Operations. The TA Recruiting Coordinator is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks in an efficient way. The role will provide support to the Talent Acquisition team, with the objective of efficiently and successfully coordinating various internal recruiting administrative activities.
The Recruiting Coordinator may support the recruiting process by, scheduling interviews, assisting the recruiters with the hiring process, ensuring completion of background verifications, preparing offer letters, and sending and receiving new hire paperwork, among other activities.
