What you'll do:
In your capacity as a Private Client Solicitor or Associate based in Cheltenham, you will:
Deliver exemplary fee-earning support within the Private Client Team by managing a varied portfolio of client matters with utmost professionalism and sensitivity. Provide comprehensive advice to clients on matters including wills, probate administration, lasting powers of attorney (LPAs), trust establishment and management, estate planning strategies, and tax implications. Maintain current knowledge across all facets of Private Client law by engaging collaboratively with colleagues throughout the wider team to share insights and best practices. Contribute meaningfully to business development initiatives by identifying networking opportunities both internally and externally to promote the firm’s services and facilitate cross-referrals. Support the ongoing expansion of the practice by nurturing relationships with existing clients whilst proactively seeking new business opportunities through marketing activities. Assist in the management of international assets for clients with cross-border interests by delivering bespoke advice tailored to their specific requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to private family charitable trusts by offering guidance on governance matters, regulatory compliance, and succession planning.
