Here’s Where You Come In
In this role, you’ll work behind the scenes to ensure our producers have everything they need to successfully present and close new business with high-net-worth clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, balancing accuracy with flexibility. You should be comfortable jumping on tasks quickly, managing competing priorities, and working seamlessly across email, phone, and text—since our producers are often on the go and may request support through multiple channels at once.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare accurate, tailored quotes, proposals, and presentations for producers.
Coordinate with carriers, underwriters, and internal teams to ensure smooth policy placement.
Manage all documentation, applications, and details to support the sales process.
Handle binding, onboarding, and follow-up tasks to provide a seamless client experience.
Anticipate needs, respond quickly to requests, and keep producers equipped to focus on clients.
Job Requirements
Documented experience in administrative or assistant roles, supporting busy professionals.
A highly organized, detail-driven professional who thrives under pressure.
Strong written and verbal communication skills across multiple channels.
A team player who is flexible and adaptable, thriving in changing situations.
Ability to problem-solve and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Insurance background not required; training and licensing support will be provided.
