A well-regarded and busy private client team is seeking an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to provide interim support. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and self-sufficient locum to join a reputable firm with a consistent and high-quality caseload.

Role Details:
Position: Private Client Locum SolicitorStart Date: ASAPLocation: Office-based at least 2 days per week (flexibility for more if preferred)Duration: Ongoing assignment (with potential for extension)Working Pattern: Hybrid (minimum of 2 office days; remote flexibility around this)Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied private client caseload including:
WillsProbateEstate administrationPowers of AttorneyTrusts and tax planning (if experienced)Independently progressing matters from instruction to conclusionDelivering excellent client care and maintaining professional standardsUsing a case management system for efficient file handling and complianceRequirements:
A qualified solicitor or legal executive with solid experience in private client lawAble to hit the ground running with minimal supervisionComfortable working both independently and within a supportive teamAvailability to attend the office at least 2 days per week is essentialCompetent with digital systems and modern case management softwareWhat’s on Offer:
