What is the opportunity?
As a key member of the Private Banking team, the Client Care Advisor is responsible for creating a tailored and memorable welcome experience at our Richmond Hill Private Banking Office. You will fulfil on incoming servicing requests in person, via email, and phone and identifying unmet client needs through discovery in daily interactions. You will also champion digital education to enable our clients to engage with RBC through the channel of their choice.
What will you do?
You will be an everyday banking expert specialized in delivering the Black Card Experience through high-level service and support, transaction excellence, digital education, and opportunity spottingAs part of the Private Banking Support team, you will understand and deliver a tailored client experience to all Private Banking clients for incoming servicing requests in person, via email, and over the phoneApply professional hospitality standards and professional client communication which includes e-mail, phone or in person interaction with clients.Manage conference room bookingManage stationery and display of marketing materials Manage Private Banking Centre traffic, informing management team of opportunities to improve sales and service availability.Resolve client concerns at first point of contact in a highly professional, timely, and accurate mannerMaximize the use of technology and champion digital education to enable our clients to engage with RBC through the channel of their choiceWhat do you need to succeed?
Must-have
Mandarin/Cantonese language skillsMinimum of 1-2 years of banking experienceStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteProven client service skillsExcellent organizational skillsNice-to-have
