Citizens Private Bank has accelerated its strategy to build out Private Banking and Wealth Management, scale its Business Banking, grow deposits, and expand in key growth markets. A key component of this initiative is our Private Equity & Venture Capital (“PEVC”) product suite, including Capital Call Lines of Credit, Management Company facilities and other products. We’re looking for talented individuals who recognize the value of delivering a white glove experience to clients that results in long-term client loyalty. As a PEVC Credit Analyst Team Lead, you will play a vital player-coach role in providing guidance, mentorship and oversight to more junior credit analysts on the team, while overseeing the management of the current PEVC portfolio. The incumbent will support the development of team members by sharing expertise, reviewing work for quality and consistency, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. They will help ensure adherence to policy and procedure standards and best practices across the team.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required; master’s degree preferred3-5 years of experience and exhibited competency in various aspects of commercial lending /portfolio management including financial analysis and credit structuring, understanding, and applying credit policy, and credit monitoring and risk administration practices. Expected to have high level of credit and documentation experience. Must be skilled in proposing and negotiating and recommending credit and covenant structures for approval.Must demonstrate practical and conceptual knowledge of credit and risk analysis.Strong communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills; self-starterPoses high attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completionHours & Work Schedule
