Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled private home school tutor to further the education of the Executive Team members elementary school-aged kids (four students aged 5-12). Tutoring will take place at the children's residence from the hours of 8 am - 3 pm (negotiable). This will be a full-time, on location position.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities:

Creating lesson plans for four students aged 5-12Assessing students on their existing ability in a subject areaCreating a schedule for further education and development in subject areasAssessing a student’s level of progress within a subject and identifying areas for improvementProviding mock examinations or tests to prepare students for real examsReviewing student’s homework assignments and test scores and working through problem questions that the student did not answer correctlyProviding support for students during their examinationsCommunicating with parents/guardians about trouble areas or any issues that requite attentionKeeping up-to-date on the current curriculum and latest teaching trendsMaintaining an excellent knowledge of the subject being taught
