Advise cross-functional teams on compliance with privacy, marketing and AI laws and regulations, including by drafting templates and playbooksReview and negotiate privacy terms in client and vendor contractsResearch privacy and technology legal, regulatory, enforcement, and litigation trends, and provide updates on how these developments impact our organizationComplete Privacy Risk Assessments for new internal and client-facing offeringsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, product, marketing and engineering, to embed privacy-by-design principlesWhat you need to have:
BA/BS degreeJD degreeA minimum of 1 year of experience working in a corporate environment or law firm, with exposure to advising on privacy, data, and/or technology mattersWhat makes you stand out:
Experience conducting legal research and producing summaries and guidance notes for different audiencesAbility to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic environmentWillingness and ability to work independently to accomplish assignments in a timely mannerAbility to work within a matrix environment, managing relationships with different business stakeholders and to problem-solve effectively across multiple geographiesStrong communication (verbal and written) skillsA sense of humor.
