Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Press Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating offset printing equipment and ensuring high-quality production. As a Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our printing processes.
ResponsibilitiesOperate offset printing equipment.Review job instructions to prepare jobs for printing and maintain daily print job production logs and data collection.Setup, program, and release jobs from the print queue.Maintain inventory levels of supplies such as ink, chemical solutions, blankets, rollers, and paper.Perform corrective adjustments by considering symptoms, possible causes, and remedies.Perform daily maintenance according to schedule to promote machine stability and dependability.Make adjustments accurately and efficiently to minimize unexpected downtime and service calls.Monitor the printing process to maintain print quality, optimize productivity, and minimize waste.Ensure jobs are properly set up for quality and productivity.Essential Skills2+ years experience as a press setup operator.Experience with offset printing and digital printing.Proficiency in using tape measures and rulers.Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsProgramming experience is a plus.Ability to multitask and handle inventory management.Forklift and RF scanner experience.Why Work Here

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
