Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Printer/Driver Test Technician in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Atlanta, GA. Overview: The development test team tests, certifies and documents results on printers, drivers, and solutions for the customer in their test lab. This role is responsible for the completing the testing, validating and documenting test results. Responsibilities: * Test and certification of the printer fleet, drivers and various solutions installed following the documented process * Multi-tasking between projects, changing needs and assisting with ad hoc testing needs * Setup new printers within the lab * Downgrade firmware and reset lab devices upon request * Install, remove, and maintain printer drivers using the AMP tool as needed * Communication with the lab lead to report issues found during testing, toner requests and supply needs * Updating various documentation relating to certifications, toner and supplies within the lab * Keep the lab clean and supplies organized at the customer site
