**Job Description**
**Job Summary**
Overall responsibility for print shop and processes including procurement of supplies, machine maintenance, paper deliveries and print jobs as assigned. Responsible for book printing, building, binding and deliveries. This positions also supports tradeshow efforts with shipping logistics and warehouse inventory management.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Manage print shop requests to include proposals, brochures, business cards and posters.
+ Position will be responsible for all steps of printing procedures to include setup, printing, binding, cutting and delivery.
+ Assist with event planning logistics, packing and shipping.
+ Work from process sheets or written/verbal instruction from supervisor to perform production tasks.
+ Follow established procedures on routine work, requiring instruction only on new assignments.
+ This position will support company marketing, welfare and business development efforts.
+ Operate computer and printer console.
+ Ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds.

**Education and/or Experience:** High school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent knowledge gained through formal education including vocational training. Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.
**Language Skills:**
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
+ Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
+ Ability to speak effectively with other employees of organization.
**Mathematical Skills:**
+ Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
**Reasoning Ability:**
+ Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
+ Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
**Computer Skills:** To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Outlook; MS Excel and MS Word software.
**Other Essential Duties**
+ Follows all import/export requirements, consulting with facility import/export personnel as required.
**Other Skills and Abilities**
+ Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100
**Other Qualifications**
+ US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.
+ Ability to travel (domestically/internationally) approximately +/-10%
