**Play your part in our team succeeding**
The primary responsibility of the Print & Production Program Manager, is to ensure that medium- to high-complexity creative materials are developed in alignment with customer expectations and LEGO Retail standards — delivered on time and within budget. This role provides end-to-end oversight of planning, prototyping, and print execution, acting as a key liaison between the project team and external print suppliers.
In addition to managing risks and expectations throughout the development and production phases, this role ensures timely, effective communication across the cross-functional team. This role also works closely with Project Managers to deliver final assets that are on brief, on brand, and fit for purpose.
**Core Responsibilities**
+ Lead the technical aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources
+ Ensure a program roadmap is in place and understood by collaborators for less complex programs
+ Manage the technical team’s workflow, prioritizing tasks, and solve problems as they arise
+ Define project goals, landmarks, and deliverables specific to the technical needs of the project
+ Conduct stakeholder analysis and communicate with technical partners to ensure alignment with requirements and expectations, securing agreement where needed
+ Manage risks and troubleshoot technical challenges
+ Responsible for proactive progress in risk mitigation
+ Provide status updates and technical documentation to higher management
+ Operates independently, applying advanced knowledge to tasks that are assigned with minimal guidance or explanation
+ Manages conflict and negotiates solutions with occasional support
+ May lead ad-hoc projects or processes with guidance from senior colleagues
**Do you have what it takes?**
The ideal candidate brings several years of experience from a global company ideally with:
+ Working as a Project Manager or in a role connected to Print Production
+ Highly experienced in managing complex projects end to end.
+ Is used to working with internal cross functional teams and outside vendors.
+ Proven success managing projects and delivering them on time and within budget.
+ Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced international environment.
+ Some travel may be required (<10%)
**Additional** **details on this position**
+ The salary for this position has a range of **$100,000 - $151,000 USD** based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
+ This position will be based at 1001 Boylston St. in Boston, MA. Our workplace enables our LEGO Group colleagues to be and do their best at work.
