Job Title: Print Courier/Bindery Location: Tuksa, OK Job Type: Hourly Consultant Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, M-F Pay: Up to $20.29/hr This role is mainly a courier role/delivery role with some Print Finishing/bindery work. Valid driver's license required, ability to lift up to 50 lbs Essential Functions: Deliver intermediate contracted customer requirements (document assembly and finishing). Perform routine, defined tasks and activities. Lift up to 50 pounds. Receive, review, and electronically log customer jobs. Operate standard finishing equipment (paper cutters, inserters, laminators, hole punchers). Operate office/production equipment (printer, copier, fax, scanner). Apply asset tags to office equipment and update databases. Track and coordinate moves, additions, or changes to office equipment assets at customer accounts. Clean and maintain office equipment when necessary. Process and distribute incoming/outgoing faxes; log for billing. Process basic forms and update information using a PC. Wrap, pack, label, and ship finished products. Collect and submit meter reads. Maintain supply inventory and distribute as required. Troubleshoot production, delivery, and output issues. Perform quality inspections before, during, and after production runs. Sort and scan hardcopy or other media for printed/digital use. Collect data and respond to equipment issues by contacting service personnel. Operate high-volume printers and copiers. Estimate, schedule, and track incoming production jobs. Store jobs for future reuse, including file backup. Inspect files for issues such as fonts, image resolution, and registration. Index electronic materials to CD-ROM, disk, or tape. Integrate variable data files into print templates. Convert file/document formats using standard software. Perform operator maintenance on equipment. Maintain reporting logs and billing information. Provide minimal training to customer end-users on equipment. May develop work processes or templates. May operate high-volume folding and inserting mail equipment. Skills: Computer literacy with functional PC knowledge (keyboard, mouse, file management). Intermediate MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including creating spreadsheets, formulas, sorting/filtering, creating graphs, importing/exporting, embedding files, and moving data between Word and Excel. Ability to locate and use network devices (drives, files, printers). Ability to send/receive email, find/open/save documents, and perform data entry. Web browsing skills and ability to send documents to preconfigured printers. Basic math skills (division, multiplication, percentages). Professionalism and business maturity. For first responders: sufficient MS Office, Excel reporting, web access, and printer configuration skills. Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service environment. Education: Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred: Post-high school technology training or equivalent experience.
