The Print Coordinator consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions. This customer service-focused team member is knowledgeable in all areas of TMG's Printing Services, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. They will take orders, coordinate TMG activities, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate TMG printing products and services. The Print Coordinator will be able to operate and maintain a wide variety of equipment, move boxes and equipment, stock materials, manage the production queue and output, manage complex projects, manage supply, and complete assigned tasks based on priority. The Print Coordinator will be responsible for the delivery of the onsite print work to an off-site environment and act as Project Manager. They will also be responsible for providing training to BMS staff, as well as generating additional work to be sent to the off-site facility.

Requirements:\n\nServe as project Manager for the delivery of print work electronically to an off-site facility.\nActs as the main point of contact on assigned projects\nResponsible for the roll out of Page DNA - electronic job submission tool.\nFollows instructions of supervisors and assists other team members in performing printing functions\nAssists in the training of team members\nProvides customer expertise in printing, signs and graphics, and shipping product lines and can recommend appropriate products and services\nProvides an outstanding customer service experience by using consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs\nEnsures all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer\nTakes complex customer orders using order systems and provides accurate pricing information\nSets up and operates printing, binding, and other related equipment if required\nMaintains a safe, clean, and orderly work environment\nEnsures confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents, media, and packages\nProcesses financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal (POS)\nCleans, repairs, and stocks all printing and shipping equipment and supplies to provide optimal performance and availability\nTakes preemptive action to prevent errors and waste\nFollows TMG's standard operating procedures as well as adhering to legal, HR, safety, customer service and security policies and procedures\nAble to operate with minimal supervision\nDevelop training program for Client staff on utilizing Page DNA tool.\nAct as liason between VIP and Client\nOperate copy equipment as needed.\nComplete finishing work as needed.\nEnsure work is completed in a timely manner and delivered on schedule.\nCreate and provide reporting on a regularly scheduled basis to include billing.\nServe as subject matter expert on Page DNA and update system as needed\nEstablishes and maintains rapport with associates, customers, and vendors.\nInitiates requests for customer quotations and purchase orders.\nPrepares print production schedules, print specifications, and cost analysis reports for internal budget approval.\nManages and analyzes budget to identify potential cost savings per project.\nResponsible for monthly billing to customer\nAll other duties as needed or required\n\n

Qualifications\n\nHigh School diploma or equivalent (GED).\nMinimum of 2-5 years Mail\/Print services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.\n1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).\nExcellent customer service skills; must possess a \"can do\" attitude.\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written.\nAbility to effectively work individually or in a team environment.\nCompetency in performing multiple functional tasks.\nAttention to detail.\nAbility to handle mail or hand cart\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds.\n
