**Function Description**
In Pay-per-Hour (PPH) India team, you will be responsible to execute tasks and perform data analysis in support of engine maintenance agreements. Your role will entail understanding and performing a wide array of deliverables required to support the contract management of a diverse portfolio of PPH contracts. Working closely with the customer service representatives, finance account managers and MRO specialists, you will act a subject matter expert on financial and operational data related to PPH contracts. You will be expected to provide recommendations for process improvements and enable digital transformation initiatives.
**_Roles & Responsibilities:_**
+ Analyze engine maintenance invoices to ensure billing accuracy and alignment with contract terms.
+ Generate Sales Orders in SAP based on engine utilization data to support accurate and timely revenue recognition.
+ Understand historical engine event data to develop event forecasting report.
+ Analyze engine census data from multiple sources to consolidate part-level cost details for Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) analysis.
+ Resolve TFS tickets related to the engine Life of Plan (LOP) in the Azure DevOps platform, ensuring timely updates and issue resolution.
+ Create and update opportunities in CRM with engine event-related information provided by the Customer Manager.
+ Collaborate with Customer Managers, Finance, Digital, and Operations teams to resolve contract and data-related issues.
+ Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL for performance and operational
+ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
+ Promote automation, self-serve analytics tools, and data-driven decision-making.
+ Monitor and ensure achievement of customer-centric KPIs, driving service excellence.
+ Adhere to EH&S policies and comply with global trade/export control regulations.
**_Qualification you must Have:_**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
+ Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in Aerospace Aftermarket and/or similar MRO business with strong technical knowledge of commercial gas turbine engines.
+ Good engineering aptitude and ability to grasp concepts and with the ability to execute tasks independently and with minimal supervision.
+ Proven experience working with ERP (SAP), Excel, Power BI, and SQL. Certification would be added advantage.
+ Strong analytical, quantitative, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
+ Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
+ Good communication skills including executive level written and oral presentation proficiency
**_Qualification we Prefer:_**
+ Demonstrated experience in project management, Process, tools & result driven
+ Knowledge of CORE and/or similar continuous improvement operating system
