Amazon.com
Are you passionate about helping customers build modern analytics architectures that combine the best of AWS and the broader ecosystem? Do you thrive in cross-functional, field-facing roles where customer outcomes, business growth, and program execution intersect? Join the Worldwide Specialist Organization (WWSO) as a Principal GTM Specialist for Third-Party (3P) Analytics ISV Adoption.
In this role, you will lead the global GTM strategy and field execution for a focused set of top-tier analytics software providers—such as Snowflake, Databricks, and others. You’ll work closely with AWS sales, GTM, and partner teams to position and scale joint solutions that combine AWS-native services and partner offerings, helping customers get the best of both worlds. As customers increasingly adopt hybrid analytics stacks, this role is critical in enabling the field to lead with architecture-first solutions, drive platform adoption, and unlock business value through AWS-aligned ISV integrations.
Key job responsibilities
As the Principal GTM Specialist for 3P Analytics ISVs, you will:
1/ Define and lead the go-to-market strategy for AWS field teams to accelerate customer adoption of analytics workloads built on both AWS and third-party platforms.
2/ Develop and scale field-ready sales plays, messaging, and enablement programs that position AWS as the best place to run and extend 3P analytics solutions.
3/ Serve as the primary GTM lead within the Worldwide Analytics GTM team for a defined portfolio of analytics ISVs, ensuring consistent execution across regions and verticals.
4/ Support strategic customer opportunities, helping customers adopt integrated analytics solutions that combine 1P and 3P components.
5/ Collaborate closely with AWS Partner teams to align on GTM planning, field engagement, and customer-facing initiatives for joint solutions.
6/ Monitor and analyze adoption trends, usage patterns, and competitive insights to inform GTM prioritization and optimize field-facing programs.
7/ Coordinate across internal stakeholders, including marketing, field enablement, BD, and partner teams, to ensure alignment and momentum behind shared GTM goals.
