As a Principal UX Content Strategist, Digital CX, you will be a key strategic leader within the UX team, responsible for shaping and executing a content vision that enhances the digital experience for patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers worldwide. You will lead content strategy across digital platforms, influence cross-functional decision-making, and mentor a growing team of content professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
Define and champion the UX content strategy for digital customer experiences across platforms and products.Collaborate with UX, Product, Marketing, and Engineering leaders to align content strategy with business goals and user needs.Lead the development of a scalable content roadmap that supports global growth and innovation.Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on content trends, accessibility, and user engagement.Content Strategy & Execution
Create and oversee content frameworks, messaging hierarchies, and editorial standards that ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment.Lead the development of long- and short-form content that empowers users and drives positive outcomes.Ensure content is inclusive, accessible, and tailored to diverse audiences, including patients, caregivers, and clinicians.Drive continuous improvement through content testing, analytics, and user feedback.Cross-Functional Influence
Facilitate ideation and alignment workshops with cross-functional teams to integrate content strategy into product development.Advocate for content as a core component of the design process, partnering closely with UX Design, Human Factors, and Instructional Design.Present content strategies and insights to executive stakeholders with clarity and impact.Mentorship & Team Development
Mentor and guide junior content strategists and UX writers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.Lead by example, providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth across the team.Contribute to hiring and onboarding as the content team scales.Center of Excellence & Innovation
Help define and evolve Insulet’s UX content standards, tools, and processes.Stay current on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory considerations in med tech and digital health.Promote a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.Qualifications Required
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in UX content strategy, digital writing, or related roles.Proven success in leading content strategy for complex digital ecosystems.Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, content design, and measurable impact.Expertise in content frameworks, accessibility, plain language, and inclusive design.Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.Preferred
Experience in med tech, healthcare, or regulated industries.Familiarity with diabetes care and medical device development processes.Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, JIRA, and content management systems.Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, UX, or a related field.Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead other researchers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 3x/week; may work remotely other days). #LI-Hybrid

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $167,550.00 - $251,325.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
