Job Description :
• He / She will be responsible to pick the cases from support queue and do Triage.
• He / She will be working with India and Global customers where UKG is deployed.
• He / She will adhere to SLA’s.
• Periodically update the customer on the status of cases owned.
• Timely resolve the issues reported by the customer which are related to UKG Workforce Timekeeper / UKG Pro WFM /Workforce Integration Manager / Workforce Accruals / Workforce Attendance / Workforce Device Manager/ custom reports / GTOR modules.
• Submit detailed root cause analysis to the customer for each case closure.
• Create knowledge base articles as on a required basis.
Qualification:
• Should be a B.E / B.Tech graduate / M.C.A / M.Sc Software.
• 8 to 12 years of IT experience in customer support preferable in the product support.
• Minimum 4 years of UKG Product experiences.
• Hands on experience on API Based Integrations.
• Experience with API testing tools like Postman/SoapUI.
• Experience on Cloud based integration tools like Dell Boomi.
• Experience with the reporting tools like SSRS, BIRT.
• Strong knowledge of SQL database query / Oracle query experience is an advantage.
• Support experience in java, Server technologies like IIS, JBOSS, Apache,SSO will be an added advantage.
• Prior experience supporting an enterprise level application based on Java utilizing Web Services is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing priorities
• Excellent spoken & written English skills.
