This includes directing the strategic services and business operations for Chase Payments and Lending Innovation Technology, overseeing financial and budget planning to ensure efficient allocation of resources and alignment with strategic objectives, and development of workforce and location strategies to optimize team performance and support organizational growth..Oversee complex technology project and program execution, managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks. Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational development initiatives for a team of technology and software engineering professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the technology team.Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes. Develop and deliver strategic messaging to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of organizational goals and achievements. 7+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in large organizationsDemonstrated proficiency in technical solutions, vendor product knowledge, managing vendor relations, and implementing solutionsAdvanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectivesProven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environmentsAdvanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectivesProven experience in strategic services and business management within a technology-driven environment.Strong financial acumen and experience in budget planning and management.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior leaders.Experience in hosting and facilitating leadership meetings and decision-making processes.Ability to manage and develop large teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
