Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a Senior Technical Program Manager, with a proven track record of leading organizational change towards DevOps methodologies. In-depth knowledge of change best practices, particularly in identifying and rectifying missing or broken mechanisms in advanced change management. Strong communication and leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to drive and implement change initiatives at scale, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Proficiency in developing reporting mechanisms and scorecards to measure and optimize change safety and speed. Understanding of compliance requirements and the ability to evolve policies and tools to facilitate fast and secure changes. Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
