About the Team
Zebra Symmetry is on a mission to revolutionize fulfillment with cutting-edge person-to-goods (P2G) automation. Our platform leverages state-of-the-art AI orchestration, advanced autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and instrumented frontline workers to deliver industry-leading pick rates, reduce operational costs, and drive real-time analytics and operational visibility for global warehouse leaders. As an empowered, cross-functional team, we deliver solutions that are valuable, viable, usable, and feasible for customers spanning various sectors.
About the Role
As Principal Product Manager, you’ll play a critical role shaping Zebra Symmetry Fulfillment. You will partner directly with customers to deeply understand their operational pain points and evolving business needs. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, human factors, sales and operations teams to define and deliver differentiated, innovative AMR and orchestration capabilities. This role requires deep system expertise to work hand-in-hand with engineering teams—understanding complex technical architectures, data flows, and robotics automation challenges—to help devise state-of-the-art solutions that push the boundaries of fulfillment technology. You will own the vision, roadmap, and execution for growth-driving features, working from discovery through to impact in production. Your ability to bridge customer insights, market trends, and technical possibilities will ensure Zebra Symmetry remains at the forefront of fulfillment innovation.
***Role is required to be onsite in San Jose, CA office (Hybrid- Minimum of 3 days in the office per week).
Responsibilities:
+ Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Zebra Symmetry Fulfillment.
+ Engage directly with operators and warehouse customers to understand workflows and opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI-enabled insights.
+ Translate high-impact user and business needs into compelling product requirements and outcomes.
+ Partner deeply with engineering, robotics, design, and operations to discover, develop, and launch state-of-the-art automation features (including AMR fleet management, instrumented workflows, and real-time analytics tools).
+ Bring strong technical acumen and system knowledge to collaborate on architectural decisions and technical tradeoffs.
+ Leverage experience in enterprise subscription revenue models to drive continuous delivery of value and ensure long-term customer success.
+ Track and analyze competitive landscape, industry trends, and fulfillment best practices.
+ Articulate product outcomes, value, and strategy to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
+ Evangelize user-centric, data-driven innovation in both internal forums and customer-facing settings.
+ Embrace accountability for results and product impact—not just shipping features.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field
+ 12+ years of experience
+ Proven success building and shipping products in an enterprise SaaS environment
+ Experience working with enterprise customers in logistics
+ Background in Engineering, Software Development and or related technical fields
+ Deep understanding of technical systems, architecture, and product development lifecycles.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Master’s degree preferred
+ Experience working on an enterprise subscription revenue product
+ Experience with the product operating model
+ Ability to assess complex market landscape and create focused, integrated product plans
+ Advanced market knowledge in warehousing / logistics
+ 2+ years of experience with software development
+ Familiarity with autonomous mobile robots

***Ability to travel- anywhere from 10% to 20%

Salary: USD 177000.00 - USD 265600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
