ADP is hiring a Security AI & Innovation Technical Product Manager

We’re on a mission to redefine how security programs operate — with intelligence, automation, and efficiency at the core. This newly created role will lead an exciting initiative to explore, implement, and scale innovative AI and Generative AI-driven capabilities across ADP’s security ecosystem.

As the Principal Tech Product Manager - Security AI & Innovation, you will drive the use of advanced AI/ML technologies, including agentic and LLM-based frameworks, to enhance security operations, streamline decision-making, and unlock measurable business value. You’ll work closely with internal security and enterprise stakeholders to identify use cases, prioritize efforts, support change management and drive innovation aligning with enterprise standards, and defining a long-term vision for intelligent security operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role driving thought leadership initially as an individual contributor on a small agile team. It’s ideal for a forward-thinking, skilled leader who thrives at the intersection of security, AI, and enterprise design.

 

What You’ll Do:

Collaborate with the Security AI & Innovation Technical Leader in the development of the strategy, evaluation, prioritization and implementation of GenAI and AI/ML use cases across various security domains (e.g., product security testing, threat detection, incident response, fraud, governance, identity, and vulnerability management) Partner with cross-functional teams across security, GETS, enterprise platforms, and data/AI to pilot and operationalize innovative capabilities. Partner with the Security AI & Innovation Technical Leader and Steering Committee to create and maintain a roadmap of AI-driven security initiatives focused on efficiency, automation, and innovation. Define, track, and report KPIs, KRIs, and business value metrics to assess performance and impact of implemented solutions. Maintain a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving GenAI and security tech landscape, evaluating opportunities for strategic adoption. Champion a culture of innovation, collaboration, and AI-readiness across ADP’s security and enterprise teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3-5 years of Product Management experience in security, AI/ML implementation, or related technical domains. 10+ years of technical product management experience Proven track record of developing innovative products and driving AI or GenAI initiatives in enterprise or security contexts. Understanding of security processes and operational models (e.g., DLP, threat detection, SOAR, vulnerability management). Provent track record of developing multi-year strategies and corresponding roadmaps providing vision and direction to achieve target outcomes. Ability to translate business requirements and technical concepts into business outcomes and communicate with both technical and executive audiences. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience coordinating with security, architecture, and enterprise teams.

Preferred:

Experience working with AI tooling. Experience integrating AI capabilities into security analytics, dashboards, or workflow automation. Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and using AI for decision support. Product or innovation management experience in a technical setting.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $105,600.00 - $282,600.00 / Year*
