_We’re on a mission to redefine how security programs operate — with intelligence, automation, and efficiency at the core. This newly created role will lead an exciting initiative to explore, implement, and scale innovative AI and Generative AI-driven capabilities across ADP’s security ecosystem._
_As the_ **_Principal Tech Product Manager - Security AI & Innovation,_** _you will drive the use of advanced AI/ML technologies, including agentic and LLM-based frameworks, to enhance security operations, streamline decision-making, and unlock measurable business value. You’ll work closely with internal security and enterprise stakeholders to identify use cases, prioritize efforts, support change management and drive innovation aligning with enterprise standards, and defining a long-term vision for intelligent security operations._
This is a hands-on leadership role driving thought leadership initially as an individual contributor on a small agile team. It’s ideal for a forward-thinking, skilled leader who thrives at the intersection of security, AI, and enterprise design.
**_What You’ll Do:_**
+ _Collaborate with the Security AI & Innovation Technical Leader in the development of the_ **_strategy, evaluation, prioritization and implementation_** _of GenAI and AI/ML use cases across various security domains (e.g., product security testing, threat detection, incident response, fraud, governance, identity, and vulnerability management)_
+ _Partner with cross-functional teams across_ **_security, GETS, enterprise platforms, and data/AI_** _to pilot and operationalize innovative capabilities._
+ _Partner with the Security AI & Innovation Technical Leader and Steering Committee to create and maintain a roadmap of AI-driven security initiatives focused on_ **_efficiency, automation, and innovation_** _._
+ _Define, track, and report_ **_KPIs, KRIs, and business value metrics_** _to assess performance and impact of implemented solutions._
+ _Maintain a deep understanding of the rapidly evolving_ **_GenAI and security tech landscape_** _, evaluating opportunities for strategic adoption._
+ _Champion a_ **_culture of innovation, collaboration, and AI-readiness_** _across ADP’s security and enterprise teams._

**_Qualifications:_**
**_Required:_**
+ _Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience._
+ _3-5 years of Product Management experience in_ **_security, AI/ML implementation_** _, or related technical domains._
+ _10+ years of technical product management experience_
+ _Proven track record of_ **_developing innovative products_** _and driving_ **_AI or GenAI initiatives_** _in enterprise or security contexts._
+ _Understanding of security processes and operational models (e.g., DLP, threat detection, SOAR, vulnerability management)._
+ _Provent track record of developing multi-year strategies and corresponding roadmaps providing vision and direction to achieve target outcomes._
+ _Ability to translate business requirements and technical concepts into business outcomes and communicate with both technical and executive audiences._
+ _Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and experience coordinating with_ **_security, architecture, and enterprise teams_** _._
**_Preferred:_**
+ _Experience working with AI tooling._
+ _Experience integrating AI capabilities into_ **_security analytics, dashboards, or workflow automation_** _._
+ _Familiarity with governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and using AI for decision support._
+ _Product or innovation management experience in a technical setting._

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. The compensation for this role is $105,600.00 - $282,600.00 / Year*
*Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
