The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering principles, including system integration, verification, validation, and supportability analyses. This role involves converting customer requirements into system solutions while effectively managing technical, schedule, and cost constraints. The successful candidate will support system integration efforts, develop test plans and procedures, and perform hardware and software verification activities. **Key Job Responsibilities:** + Perform system integration, verification and validation, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for end-to-end systems. + Ensure logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into comprehensive system solutions. + Conduct functional analysis, timeline analysis, trade studies, requirements allocation, and interface definition to translate customer needs into hardware and software specifications. + Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports, including functional testing and checkout. + Analyze and troubleshoot anomalous behavior in hardware and software systems. + Perform Information Assurance activities, such as Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) application, executing and analyzing scans. + Utilize and manage tools such as Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word), and docker-based software installations. This position requires the ability to travel **OCONUS (outside the contiguous United States) for 7-14 day increments** , up to 20% of the year. Salary Range: $100,300.00 - $150,500.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
