Your Role:

Plan and manage all system architecture activities , ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects and platform

Prioritize key architecture activities enabling synergies across programms

Collaborate with customers to develop, review, and clarify interfaces

Support Customer RFQ/RFI by bringing smart architecture proposal

Integrate new external subsystems for future reuse and avoid one-off.

Plan and monitor architecture deliverables, including feature release plans

Provide technical guidance to the team for driving new variant of architecture enabling cost savings and feature breakthrough

Troubleshoot and solve complex problems, ensuring minimal impact to project timelines

Provide daily project status updates to upper management, including interfaces burn-down, requirements status, and ticket/problem status

Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve project goals and objectives

Ensure effective communication and collaboration with customers, stakeholders, and upper management

Capture market trends and provide impact analysis on current architecture

Identify new concepts enabling better reuse and better performances

Promote internal synergies and aligned architecture models and methods

Roll out best practice and lessons learned

Your Background:

PhD s degree in Electrical/Electronics/SW Engineering/Automated Driving or related field

Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering,complex system or Automotiv Industry, with a focus on system design, development, and implementation

Proven experience leading huge projects and engineering teams worldwide

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with customers and upper management

Strong knowledge of system engineering principles and practices

Proficiency in JIRA /Polarion/EA/ Preevision usage for project & Engineering management

Proficiency in requirements management tools (Polarion)
