Job Description

At Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., we are seeking a Systems Analysis Lead who will play a pivotal role in our ambitious team. This position offers the outstanding opportunity to contribute to world-class HR Technology Services by delivering high quality support and collaborating with our outstanding internal partners!

Key Responsibilities:

Functional lead a distributed team of 6 in monitoring data flows in our HR systems, with a focus on Oracle Fusion HCM, and determine any issues/errors.Deliver end-user support for Oracle through a structured ticketing system, resolving technical inquiries efficiently.Complete audits to ensure data integrity within Oracle, conducting detailed analysis and effectively implementing resolutions.Assist in data conversion activities, including mass data loads (HSDLs), to maintain data accuracy.Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure efficient support and successful project outcomes.Provide core HR data support related to Workday in conjunction with other teams.Conduct in-depth research on system issues, proposing and implementing process improvements to improve operational efficiency.Review and update existing work instructions to reflect system changes and standard processes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with HR Systems fix and support is required.At least 2 years of relevant experience in system data support, technical support, or similar roles.Data Management in HCM, OTL, ABS in Oracle as well as HSDL loads would be considered a benefit.Experience with SNOW ticketing system or similar would be beneficial.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will also be considered.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
