We are proud of being a strategic partner to our business functions. **Job Responsibilities** -Strategic Business Engagement Build deep domain knowledge of the Sales and Marketing functions and maintain consistent engagement with stakeholders at all levels. Act as a trusted advisor, aligning IT capabilities with business goals and ensuring technology investments deliver measurable value. -IT Demand and Portfolio Management Serve as a liaison between business units and internal IT teams. In close collaboration with stakeholders, assess, prioritize, and manage business demands to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and maximize business impact. -Innovation and Digital Enablement Identify and champion opportunities for innovation by leveraging emerging digital technologies. Support business initiatives that drive digital transformation, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. -Service & Solution Development: Responsible for design, technical architecture and implementation following the defined BI process framework of complex systems and software in the own area. Actively drives to Demand Management and business consultancy with business stakeholders. -System, Service and Solution Support: Responsible to provide maintenance, optimization, innovation and 3rd level support for implemented and/or assigned solutions for all related systems. System lead (and/or software lead) responsibilities for complex systems,leading and implements changes as required. Manage as SME to the vendor who offer managed services in IT M&S Strategic Market and Healthcare Solution area. -Project Leadership and Delivery Lead cross-functional and virtual project teams, including external vendors, to deliver global and regional initiatives on time and within budget. Plan, organize, and oversee resources to meet project goals, while addressing all aspects of the IT Business Partnering and Project Management lifecycle. **Required capabilities (skills, experiences, competencies)** -Sales & Marketing IT Alignment (5–7 years) -Strong experience aligning IT solutions with Sales & Marketing strategies, especially in distribution and eRetail environments. -IT Solution Design & Integration (5–7 years) -Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable IT solutions, with hands-on experience in systems integration and architecture collaboration. -Digital Innovation & AI Exposure (3–5 years) -Exposure to AI technologies and digital tools, with a track record of supporting or implementing innovation initiatives that improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. -Project & Portfolio Management (5–7 years) -Solid experience managing IT projects and portfolios, including planning, budgeting, and leading cross-functional teams and external vendors. -Global/Regional Project Experience (1–3 years) -Experience contributing to or leading global or regional IT initiatives within a matrix organization. -Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge (3–5 years) -Familiarity with GxP, computer system validation, and compliance standards in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, particularly in the China market. -Stakeholder Engagement & Communication (5–7 years) -Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage expectations, influence decisions, and collaborate across business and IT teams. -Business & Technical Knowledge in Distribution/eRetail (3–5 years) -Solid understanding of distribution and eRetail business processes and the supporting technologies, such as order management, digital commerce platforms, and customer data systems. -Technical Proficiency (5+ years) -Hands-on experience with IT platforms and tools used in commercial functions, including data integration, analytics, and cloud-based solutions. -Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and practical experience with platforms such as ServiceNow for incident, problem, and change management. -Proficiency in utilizing project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira for task tracking, Confluence for documentation. -Familiarity with Salesforce.com in the context of an internal & external facing platform/application, including data modeling, API integration, and workflow automation, is a strong plus. -Project Leadship & Independence -Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, global matrix environment.
