We are seeking a Principal Engineer who is the highest-ranking technical expert, responsible for driving innovation, strategic planning, and organizational leadership. This role oversees critical projects, ensures technical excellence, and contributes to the long-term vision of the company.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY.

\r\n

\r\n

Strategic Leadership

\r\n\r\nDevelop and implement engineering strategies that align with organizational objectives.\r\nDrive innovation by researching and integrating cutting-edge technologies and methods.\r\nLead initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project outcomes.\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Technical Authority

\r\n\r\nProvide final approval on designs, methodologies, and project solutions.\r\nAct as the technical advisor for the organization, clients, and regulatory bodies.\r\nEstablish and maintain best practices, quality standards, and safety protocols.\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Project Oversight

\r\n\r\nOversee the planning, design, and execution of high-value, complex projects.\r\nMonitor project portfolios, ensuring alignment with budgets, timelines, and objectives.\r\nResolve escalated technical challenges and risks with creative, high-impact solutions.\r\n\r\n

\r\n

Organizational Development

\r\n\r\nMentor engineers and contribute to leadership training programs.\r\nFoster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.\r\nRepresent the organization at conferences, industry panels, and client meetings.\r\n\r\n

 

\r\n

EDUCATION, LANGUAGE & QUALIFICATIONS

\r\n

\r\n\r\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s or PhD preferred.\r\nECSA Professional Registration \r\n\r\n

\r\n

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

\r\n

\r\n\r\n15 + years of experience with demonstrated leadership in engineering roles.\r\nRecognized expertise in a specific discipline, with published work or industry contributions.\r\n\r\n
