Northrop Grumman's Space Systems Payload and Ground Systems Division (PGSD) is seeking multiple **Embedded Operating System Software Developers** with the desire to learn new technologies to join the Remote Sensing Programs (RSP) Business unit Software team in **Linthicum, MD** . You’ll help develop, enhance, and maintain software on cutting edge space products and systems. The Operating Systems Software Developer will be working on and supporting sensor command and control (embedded systems), sensor system test (command of test equipment and emulation) for a variety of Space platforms. Selected individuals will work on an agile development team, primarily using C, C++, Python, and scripting in a Yocto build environment. The individual will work through all phases of the software development cycle including design, development, integration, and test. The selected individual will conduct reviews of software-related products, software designs, and additional technical documents. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
