Summary of Role:
The Customer Business Manager is a part of the Sales team responsible for sales and client-support operations from pre-order to order fulfillment, while achieving customer satisfaction and building deep relationships. This role is the Voice of the Customer within GF and partners closely with Finance, Business Unit, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams.
Essential Responsibilities Include:
Develop client relationship as focal point managing day-to-day business operations related to forecasting, order placement, and revenue fulfillment
Work directly with client to address fulfillment issues by solving complex problems with long-term solutions
Work closely with Sales to provide proactive sales support for the tactical horizon
Work closely with Sales Account Manager and Revenue Operations teams for analysis of client forecast, order rates, and judged forecast inputs to ensure internal planning accuracy
Manage client product life cycle from production to end of life
Manage client master pricing list and internal system accuracy
Track sales program initiatives as outlined by project plan (ex. price reconciliation, rebate, etc.)
Prepare and participate in pricing negotiations, QBRs, and other client-facing account team meetings
Responsible for weekly account team meetings, managing the agenda, documenting minutes, and following up on actions to ensure closure
Provide Business Analysis support to the team as needed and work on assigned special projects
Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree from an Accredited College or University in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
5 or more years of relevant experience
Knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry
Highly Motivated, proactive and self-sufficient
Effective communicator with presentation skills
Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented
Travel Requirements: Minimal travel required
Language Fluency: English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
2 or more years of experience in customer-facing roles in any industry
Ability to independently interface directly with customers (procurement/planning)
Strong understanding and interest in Sales
Strong Project Management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration with internal teams and is recognized as a team player
Ability to be available outside of regular work hours for meetings with global internal and external teams
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint
Experience with MS Dynamics 365, Kinaxis, Oracle
Expected Salary Range
$66,800.00 - $120,700.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
