This is more than a technical role—it's a strategic opportunity to influence how technology shapes the future of work. As a Principal Solutions Lead, you’ll partner with senior leaders, product managers, and engineering teams to define and implement modern architecture for ServiceNow HRSD and digital employee experience. You’ll lead by example, mentor future architects, and champion best practices that drive agility, resilience, and excellence across the enterprise.
In this role you will:
Architect the Future: Define and evolve the application architecture roadmap for HR technology, aligning with business goals and emerging trends. Lead with Vision: Provide technical leadership and governance across development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and operational excellence. Design for Impact: Create scalable, cloud-native solutions—primarily on ServiceNow HRSD—that enhance performance, security, and user experience. Collaborate & Influence: Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into secure, compliant, and innovative technical solutions. Mentor & Inspire: Guide and develop architects and engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
