\nHow You’ll Find Success
\nAs a Partner Solution Engineer you will be responsible for:
\n\nBuilding partner pre-sales skills through enablement, mentoring, and continuous support, with a goal of achieving partner sourced and partner influence revenue targets.\nEducating cross-functional partner teams, participating in partner marketing events, and deepening XM domain expertise within our partners.\nDesigning, validating, and presenting Qualtrics software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complementary services.\nProviding presales technical / functional support and solution strategy to prospective partners.\nBeing a strategic stakeholder to the partner organisation, in partner planning and business development activities\nWorking with pre-sales leadership to build scalable solutions for the Partner SE function.\nInteracting with development to enhance/refine Qualtrics products.\n\nHow You’ll Grow

\n\nProvide exemplary pre-sales technical expertise for accounts through technical and product presentations, demonstrations, pilot implementations, and on-going sales consultation\nDrive the adoption of Qualtrics solutions within strategic accounts, expanding usage across departments within the business. Translate product/technical features into value drivers.\nDevelop and maintain training materials, and deliver training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities of both inside and enterprise salespeople.Build working knowledge of competing products and how to technically sell against them\nWork collaboratively with Product Management, Marketing and Engineering during the development, launch and continuing refinement of existing and new Qualtrics products.\nRespond to initial product requests and frame product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams\nBecome an expert in Qualtrics XM Platform and other Qualtrics products\nDevelop/maintain technical and business knowledge of industry directions and trends\n\n
What We’re Looking For On Your Resume
\n\nMinimum of 8+ years of prior Sales or Technical experience with software in a SaaS/Cloud environment, working with C/VP level buyers\nExperience working with both large and small System Integrators like Deloitte, EY, Accenture, and Guidehouse \nHigh energy, self-starter comfortable with ambiguity in entrepreneurial environments.\nOutstanding professional, sales, and technical capabilities; comfortable supporting both enterprise (field) and inside sales teams on targeted accounts\nAbility to explain and resolve common technical aspects of SaaS software, including security, protocols for APIs, SLAs, email/communication specifications, etc.\nAbility to see and present 'the big picture', architect solutions to solve customer problems, and uncover business challenges and develop custom solutions to solve them\nDemonstrated excellent customer facing verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing techniques.\nPossess \"best of breed\" functional sales experience that could be applied across an entire sales area in general or specific functional categories\nMust be able to pivot to other system related tasks if and when needed. We wear lots of hats here at Qualtrics!\nUndergraduate degree (E.g. Marketing, Business, Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or other quantitative field. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
