Our Pre-sales team is passionate about closing experience gaps using our best-in-class SaaS platform, which enables some of the world’s largest organisations to drive action through pre-built experience management (XM) programs that anyone can deploy. As a Principal Solution Engineer on the Partner Center of Excellence, you will empower our partners by elevating their pre-sales capabilities and deepening their XM expertise, ultimately driving mutual revenue growth. You’ll work closely with partner teams, sales leadership, product, and engineering to design and deliver innovative, scalable solutions that showcase the full power of Qualtrics technology.

Things You’ll Do

\n\nProvide expert pre-sales technical support through demos, presentations, and pilot implementations tailored for partner and strategic accounts.\nBuild and deliver training programs to elevate partner sales teams’ product knowledge and demo capabilities.\nDrive adoption of Qualtrics products within partner organisations and strategic joint accounts, increasing solution footprint.\nCollaborate closely with product management and engineering to influence product roadmap based on partner and market feedback.\nDesign and present advanced Qualtrics solutions, incorporating third-party complementary services, highlighting future product direction.\nStay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving XM requirements to position Qualtrics as a market leader.\n\n

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

\n\n8+ years of sales or technical experience with SaaS/cloud software, engaging with C-level and VP buyers.\nStrong ability to explain SaaS architecture including security, APIs, SLAs, and integration protocols.\nProven experience enabling and mentoring partner or sales teams to close deals and hit revenue targets.\nSkilled at architecting solutions that solve complex customer challenges and uncover business drivers.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in needs analysis and closing techniques.\nComfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments wearing multiple hats.\nUndergraduate degree in quantitative or business-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Business).\nQualtrics certification preferred.\nWillingness to travel up to 25%.\nBonus: Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and prior work in customer or employee experience software.\n\n
